Credential and access

Your credential is intended to carry continuity across the MJSD experience. Support works from the existing record rather than asking you to start over. If you cannot return, open the credential or verification page and use the recovery path connected to the credential owner’s verified contact. A payer may be different from the credential owner.

Do not repurchase to recover access. A second payment does not repair an existing credential.

Embodiment orders and fulfillment

For order support, include the credential number, artifact, selected configuration, and the payer email shown on the Stripe receipt.

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is included when the product page says it is included. Additional charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, expedited delivery, remote-area surcharges, oversized packaging, duties, taxes, or special handling. Any additional amount must be disclosed and agreed to before fulfillment.

The fulfillment record follows Paid → In Production → Ready to Ship → Shipped → Delivered. Carrier, tracking, estimated delivery, self-fulfillment, local handoff, or delivery exceptions are added when applicable. A fulfillment update does not change credential ownership or recognition.

Personalized or made-to-order artifacts may enter production quickly. Contact support promptly if an address, configuration, or cancellation request needs review.

Private performance invitations

A private performance invitation belongs to the named recipient. Use the personal link, verify the invited email, and review the Confidentiality & Feedback Agreement before entering. The initial cohort is limited to adults age 18 or older.

For help, include the invitation reference shown in the email. Do not forward the private link, six-digit code, or agreement acceptance evidence in an ordinary message. Cohort participation creates no automatic public recognition.

Gift allocations and recipient claims

A gift allocation creates a private claim path for one recipient-owned credential. The recipient verifies an email address and receives a separate journey. The sponsor’s credential, Wallet pass, recognition, reflections, and rewards are not copied.

For gift support, include the payer email, Stripe receipt, and gift-allocation reference. Do not send the private claim token in an ordinary support email unless support specifically requests a secure verification step.

Recognition and certificate copies

Launch Holder, Founder, Founder-linked, and authorized presentation copies have different meanings. The Credential Relationship and Recognition Standard governs those records.

An authorized certificate copy preserves the original certificate ID and receives a separate copy record. Holding a printed or digital copy does not transfer recognition.

Wallet and verification

Google Wallet is a presentation of the MJSD credential record. The MJSD registry and verification response remain the source of truth. If a Wallet pass has not refreshed, keep the existing pass and contact support; do not create a replacement credential.

Privacy and legal requests

Requests to access, correct, or delete personal information may be sent to support@thisismjsd.com. We may need to verify your relationship to the credential before acting on a request.
