MJSD™ Privacy
Privacy is part of the record.
MJSD™ means My Journey of Self Discovery. This Privacy Policy explains how MJSD2345 LLC, doing business as MJSD™ (“MJSD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information when you use thisismjsd.com, an MJSD credential, an MJSD reflective experience, Google Wallet, gift allocations, recognition, support, or an embodiment purchase.

- Credential interaction information, including journey state, evolution level, profile summaries, embodiment ownership, Wallet synchronization, and verification events.
2. How we use information
- Issue, verify, recover, and maintain MJSD credentials.
- Deliver reflective encounters, profile summaries, and continuity across the experience.
- Maintain continuity between the credential owner, their journey, support, Wallet, and fulfillment without asking a participant to start over.
- Process payments through Stripe, confirm ownership, fulfill embodiment orders, send receipts and branded confirmations, and handle refunds or disputes.
- Create or update a Google Wallet pass when requested by the credential owner.
- Fund, verify, and administer gift allocations; verify recipient email; issue a separate recipient-owned credential; and keep sponsor and recipient records distinct.
- Evaluate and record Launch Holder, Founder, Founder-linked, and authorized certificate-copy records under the Credential Relationship and Recognition Standard.
- Record the fulfillment sequence—Paid, In Production, Ready to Ship, Shipped, and Delivered—plus carrier, tracking, delivery exceptions, self-fulfillment, or local handoff where applicable.
- Administer Founder-selected private performance invitations, confirm confidentiality agreement acceptance, grant sponsored access, collect internal feedback, and separate feedback permission from recording, publicity, and testimonial rights.
- Respond to support and privacy requests, prevent fraud and abuse, secure the service, comply with law, and maintain business records.
- Improve the experience using aggregated or de-identified information where reasonably possible.
3. How AI supports reflection
MJSD may use an artificial-intelligence service provider to help generate reflective language from information you submit. AI supports reflection, pattern recognition, and exploration. The AI offers a reflection. The person decides what it means. It does not define or determine identity.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, complete payment-card numbers, passwords, government identification, private records, or information you do not want processed as part of the reflective experience.
4. How we share information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate MJSD, including:
- Stripe, for Checkout, payment processing, receipts, refunds, and fraud prevention.
- Google Wallet, when you ask to save or update an MJSD pass.
- Hosting, database, security, email, customer-support, AI, and fulfillment providers acting on our behalf.
- Professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a corporate transaction.
MJSD does not sell personal information for money. We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required choices.
5. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. Credential, authenticity, ownership, recognition, relationship, gift-allocation, recipient-claim, private performance-cohort agreement and feedback, transaction, and fulfillment records may be retained as part of the continuing cultural and business record. Payment and tax records may be retained for legally required periods. Recovery codes and temporary security data are designed to expire or be removed according to their function.
When information is no longer needed, we may delete, de-identify, or securely archive it, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, and record-integrity obligations.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or information about our use of personal information, and to appeal a denied request. You may also have a right to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising. MJSD does not currently engage in those practices.
Submit a request to support@thisismjsd.com. We may verify your identity and relationship to the credential before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport, provider verification, and bounded credential-recovery processes. No system can guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly if you believe a credential, account, or personal record has been compromised.
8. Children and family-sponsored participation
The initial MJSD Private Performance Cohort is limited to invited adults age 18 or older. MJSD is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate parental authorization. A parent or guardian who sponsors or purchases for a minor is responsible for supervising participation and providing legally required consent. Contact us to request review or deletion of a child’s information.
9. External services and links
MJSD may link to Stripe, Google Wallet, email providers, social platforms, or other services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review them.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as the MJSD ecosystem changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes may be communicated through the site, credential experience, or email where appropriate.
This policy is intended to describe MJSD’s current practices clearly. It is not a waiver of rights that cannot legally be waived.
